1. Junior Project Assistant
Project Coordination and Support
- Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing project activities.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes during project meetings.
- Support the preparation of project documentation, including reports, proposals, and
presentations.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings,
managing calendars, and maintaining project files.
- Assist in the procurement of project materials and services.
- Manage project-related communications and ensure timely dissemination of information
to stakeholders.
Monitoring and Reporting
- Assist in the monitoring of project progress, ensuring that timelines and milestones are
met.
- Support the preparation of progress reports, ensuring that they are accurate and
submitted on time.
- Help in the collection and organization of project data for monitoring and evaluation
purposes.
Stakeholder Communication
- Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, including partners, donors,
and beneficiaries.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating project events, workshops, and training sessions.
- Provide support in managing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and
collaboration.
2. Junior Human Resource Manager
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening candidates, and
coordinating interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the
organization.
- Maintain and update job descriptions and HR documentation.
Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and fostering a
positive work environment.
- Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
Performance Management
- Assist in the performance review process, including scheduling and documentation.
- Help to develop and implement performance improvement plans.
- Support the HR Director in developing training and development programs.
HR Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist in managing HR systems, including attendance and payroll processing.
- Prepare and submit HR reports as required by management.
Compliance and Policy Implementation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in updating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support the HR Director in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.

- Proficiency in both Lao and English languages (preferred).
